I noticed that Bloom changes every season; especially her hair and eyes. I used pictures and screenshots.
Season 1- Hair is short, some comes over her shoulders- Eyelashes are short,stubby, I guess. Season 2- Hair only changed a little- Eyelashes are longer Season 3- Thicker hair Season 4- Better color eyes and long eyelashes especially in Believix- Hair is messy and long and smoother, and a brighter shade of orange

Really, I think you're being overly nitpicky about this. The animators animate what is given to them on the story board. Iginio Straffi is the producer, not the storyboard artist. The storyboard artists change by production and even changed half-way through season four near the end.
haha i notice that too xD but that's not that fair :'( the other had not change that much and she change soooo much . hmmm I think musa change too ! alot :D
